TABLE SET UP

Full table & centerpiece set up.

This is for couples who have everything for their wedding envisioned but would simply like assistance for their big day on table set up! Instead of doing this yourself or having a family member/friend, we are here to bring your image to life while you remain stress-free. This includes: setting up linens, centerpieces, table number stands, & whatever else you want on your guest tables as well as the head table.

ENTIRE DÉCOR SET UP

All décor setup inside & outside venue, including ceremony

This is for couples who may have their ceremony and reception at different locations & have a lot of decor for both! Execution of complete décor set up. Including, but not limited to; full table scape, ceremony space, full room décor inside and outside of the venue.

DAY OF COORDINATING

On-site assistance throughout the entire wedding day

We are here to ensure your special day runs flawlessly and is everything you have dreamed of-minus the stress! Your on-site coordinator will complete any and all décor needs- including any indoor and outdoor facilities. We will be the complete liaison for all vendors, and maintain a timely schedule for both the ceremony and reception.

Assistance throughout planning process

The full Iris & Kay experience! We step in to take away all of the stress of wedding planning and day of coordination. This package includes 3 planning meetings (in person or virtual call), unlimited call/email access, availability to rent through our preferred vendors, and full coordination for dinner rehearsal, ceremony, and reception.
